  • BBM Found­a­tion pro­gramme: the one-day intro­duc­tion to BBM.
  • BBM Applied pro­grammes: these apply the BBM pro­cess and tech­niques to four key areas — Com­mu­nic­a­tion, Lead­er­ship, Cre­ativ­ity and Change.
  • Con­sultancy: based on BBM and the EAST pro­cess (Explore, Assess, Shift, Transform).
