All our consultancy is based on BBM, the unique approach to human development that works from the inside out…it starts with identifying where barriers are blocking existing capabilities, and removing them. This ‘primes’ any situation for change, by minimising resistance and maximising existent capacity. Once barriers have been removed, change initiatives can be set in place and are far more likely to ‘stick’.

Our consulting services are bespoke, and range from short programmes to on-going interventions that monitor work done and ensure long-term take-up. Since 2000 we’ve been helping business owners, senior leaders, managers, teams, and individual employees deal with complex challenges, and won the national 2007 Performance Hub prize in recognition of BBM’s value to soft skills development and evaluation in the 3rd sector.
We use the EAST process to structure our Diagnostic approach, giving everyone extremely clear parameters within which to work. It allows us to understand your desired outcome, pinpoint precisely where barriers exist that would stop you achieving this, identify what’s causing them, and what effect this is having, design and implement practical solutions to remove the barriers, and produce data to demonstrate the difference this has made. BBM produces qualitative and quantitative data within a framework of 5 distinct Barrier Profiles, so you get a detailed, specific picture of progress from start to finish, and our Report Service provides you with a comprehensive range of reporting options to choose from.
