Associate Trainer training

It identifies the soft skills development opportunity your work provides, so you can produce quantitative data as evidence of the real difference it makes to participants, and then build on this.

Entry requirements:
- BBM Foundation
- 3-part application process:
- Apply here
- Once the application is approved we’ll send you an “Activity Questionnaire” to complete, to determine the BBM Frame of soft skills offered by your activity
- Finally, contact us to arrange an interview (in person or by Skype), so we can review the Activity Questionnaire, discuss your plans, and finalise accreditation

What you get at the end:
- Accreditation and certification as a Barrier Breakers Associate trainer
- 2-year renewable licence to deliver and promote your activity as a BBM Endorsed Activity, and to use relevant Barrier Breakers intellectual property (Find out more about re-licensing at Trainers FAQ)
- Use of BBM assessment materials
- Trainer’s Manual
- Membership of Barrier Breakers Trainers Network
- Access to trainers’ area and resources on Barrier Breakers website
- Option to use Barrier Breakers Report Service (for more detailed analysis and presentation of your BBM data)
Cost:
- £400 +VAT (company funded)
- £300 +VAT (self-funded & small charities )
