Do you have a leadership story? Tell it here for inclusion in a book on new ways of leading.

  • January 10, 2012

I’m looking for case studies about bad or brilliant leadership, for a book to be published in June 2012 – do you have any experiences that you’d like to share?

The book is primarily about business leadership, but your stories can come from any area of life – something you experienced in school or college, at home or on holiday, in hospital or a health club, in a large corporation or a small charity.

It could be about a leader who stifled innovation or who created positive change – who caused employees stress, or improved employees’ wellbeing – who used a command and control stance  or took a democratic approach – who led by example, for better or for worse…

If you’ve a story to tell, I’d love to hear about it. It will inform the research and may be included in the book.

Please email info@barrierbreakers.co.uk (Subject: leadership story).

Have a listen to the recent podcast if you’d like to find out more about the themes in the book, and about recognising and removing barriers in organisations.
